With over 25 years of specialized data collection experience, her professionalism and accomplishments have allowed MMS to grow, including the acquisition of BAR. Mrs. Bridge is a member of the Marketing Research Association (MRA), and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Having eight years of experience in the market research industry, Mr. Spara is knowledgeable in all phases of the research process. His ability to use technology as a springboard for advanced quality data collection has helped MMS continuously adapt and grow. Mr. Spara is a member and the past President of the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Marketing Research Association (MRA), and a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA).
Arlene R. Malech, Ph.D. Director, Full Service Research

With more than 25 years of research experience, Dr. Malech’s background is extensive. She has worked on both the corporate and consultative sides of research with both customers and employees. Dr. Malech has been involved in both qualitative and quantitative research in virtually all industries in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. A combination of academic training and a quarter century of practical experience provide her with the knowledge and experience to develop, implement, analyze and report on both consumer and business based research. Dr. Malech is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).
Michelle Finzel, M.A. Project Director, Full Service Research

Mrs. Finzel rejoined Maryland Marketing Source in 2004, having previously spent a total of seven years with the company. Mrs.
Finzel’s focus on the communicative aspects of research allows her to blend theory with practice and numbers with words. She has experience with focus groups, telephone interviews, mediation, one-on-ones, and oral and written presentations. Mrs.
Finzel is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Eastern Communication Association (ECA).
